He keeps his mind level and always did whats best for him and everybody else and people respected his curage. Also being the sea-kings son helped also because people expected great things from him and he gaved it. He proven himself to the Gods and is even changing some of their ways. So Percy is really making himself memorable.

His role is useally the challenged. He resolves them by using his wits and strength to conquer whatever comes his way. He show that he trust people to easliy and when he does that either he gets hurt one someone close to him does. Sometimes he can make situations worse but usually they get better. When he challenges someone he usually gets himself in bigger trouble than before and one of those times he got a friend killed.

During the begining of the book he finally figurse out where his life is ending but being a prophecy its never clear. So throughout the book the prphecy is unfolding and there is a surprise ending for our hero Percy Jackson. Over the time of the book he became the camp's leader to fight the Titan Lord even though a few hours earlier he was just shunned for the death of his friend. Some people blame him but others even the friend that got killed does not blame him. The friend risked his life to end Kronos. He did that himself Percy didn't make him or anything.
